Is it weird to attend a concert by yourself?

all by myself, i mean it's funner to attend a concert with friends but hey i'll listen to music with or without my friends!

Not weird at all. I dragged someone to a concert who didn't like the band at all. That really took away from the atmosphere because they were just counting down the minutes till it was over. I would have had a much better time if I went by myself.

Nah, I've done it a few times, due to I just don't have many friends that I actually want to go with. Go to the concert and have fun. I bet you'll even meet a few cool people, I do that when I go to concerts. I've made a few friends. :D

Not at all. Once the concert starts you don't really notice who is next to you anyways. Though going alone always has a danger factor.

Nope, not weird at all. Loads of people do it. If you like the band enough to go alone & go for it. You could make some new friends while you're there too! :)

go ahead. its not weird at all dude. but if you still dont wanna go, ask one of your more spontaneous friends. i once bought tickets to a concert and i had never heard of the people who were playing. so if they dont say yes, just go ahead and go by yourself. who knows, you might meet a future best friend or a reallllly cute guy there ;)

i been to 12 metal concerts in my life and i never went alone. but i don't see why not you might just feel alone because everyone else will be talking to people

if none of my friends wanted to go see a band i wanted to see i would go by myself instead of being home knowing my favorite band is playing and im not there.. i think its worth the experience (:

i dont think its bad to go to a concert by yourself and if you really want someone to go with you take your dad you don't have to fell bad for him he is supposed to support you and help you with what ever you need.
