They don't allow their music to be licensed on iTunes. Not even covers of their songs done by other bands.
They've stated that they don't like the thought of their songs being individualized ( in toher words, people only purchasing individual songs instead of entire albums). That and I believe they said that they don't support the mp3 song file movement either.
Other bands and artists like Bob Seger, Tool, and Def Leppard are like that too.

If AC/DC wanted to be on iTunes, they have to sign a contract with iTunes and then, they would be available, but AC/DC is too good for them :D
