Have you ever given money to someone on the street, who's claming to be homeless?

Gave a homeless 80 bucks when I was drunk in vegas. Thats my highest

Usually I don't.

But this one time, there was a young couple with a dog panhandling outside a store. I gave them money and bought them a drug store gift card. Bus tokens and a bag of dog food too. They were trying to get to her mom's house and they looked like it was never going to happen.

I still think about them and hope their luck/lives changed since then.
