How can I loosen this screw?

I've been trying to take the doors off of a new fridge for days, held together by hex head screws. I finally found the recommended 5/16 driver/bits. I wore down two bits already and they are unable to use, but my driver is still good enough, but the ONE more screw I need to remove won't budge. I have no WD40 or any other type of screw lube. Is there anything I can do to listen this? I'm trying not to damage the hole of the screw.

(I know nothing about this sort of thing)

Thanks.
