Philippine ecological condition?

San Mateo Isabela is pushing Agro-ecological waste management in Cagayan Valley, hence environment is extra healthy and clean. When I visited my brother living in an old condominium, nuisance are bad to the sight and dampen odor around. Piles of garbage are unattended which should be disposed regularly to at least create a healthy environment. Now, what is the ecological condition in your area? Do you contribute for management of clean surrounding? Its rather impertinent question but I think it will make life beautiful.

When I am in vacation, I don't like to enjoy my time in Manila due to its polluted environment and noisy roads and highways, I use to stay in our province (Iloilo and Antique) for me to feel the quiet place and breath the flow of fresh air, in our house, I just keep those plastic bottle in one place and avoid burning it.

But, such is just short moment to feel because I am working here in Saudi Arabia, wherein, I am living in a private compound, its hot here now because its summertime and it hit a high temperature with humidity on it, sometimes, there is some sand storm that makes you uncomfortable to travel or walk around.

I use to maintain things around by dumping our waste on a trash container which was regularly pick-up by scheduled garbage collector, outside our compound is a place maintained by cleaner (baladiyah) that is being hired by private company who had a contract with Saudi government.

Been on vacation in Marikina City nearly 45 days and the area looks as clean and healthy as ever. But about some days ago, my household reports flooding inside the house. Seems leaves from the neighbor's rambutan tree falling on our roof blocked the drains, hence resulted in my house being inundated. My chief of staff at the house hired people to cut down the neighbor's branches drooping down my territory.

Also visited Makati City to watch Elton John's "Aida". Ima Castro was wonderful, as well as father and daughter Alejandros. From the RCBC Center at Ayala, seems Makati is also clean.

Then went up to Baguio for a few days. Couldn't see a thing in the city because of the smog and the rains.

Now am back in Saudi Arabia, and it's very hot over here. Wish I could get back at Baguio.

omg, wish i could cry. there are lots of laws about environmental care but it seems nothing is taking effect generally. Even for ningas cogon, there is nothing going on in most community. How I wish there is a law that would give 30% reward from the penalty of violators showed with video or photo evidences and the reporter need not be identified. That way, every one would be alert not to do a violation.
