Laptop goes into sleep after I quit COD 4 MW?

Hey guys question pretty much says it all. I have an hp pavilion dv6 6135. I can tell you that it is not an overheating problem, because I have a temperature monitoring program, and it's below normal. I am running a 6750m and 6620m in crossfirex to equate 1.5gb VRAM. If someone has had this problem please help. It's only happened twice so far, but I wanna know if it is detrimental to my laptops lifespan. I have not had this problem in mw2, bc2, war Inc battlezone, and guild wars.

    from control panel computer management event viewer, error report i would take a look at them, there might be something there that would help...
