My mother is 57 and she exercises 6 days a week. Cardio, kwando, steps plus an hour of muscle exercises. She?

wonders why she is not losing weight. Ok, it's me! haha...mom is 80 years old. Pls help me. I've been exercising a lot for over a year and no weight losing so far. Waiting for clever replies! :)

    At that particular age it is extremely hard for women to lose weight.

    However as others have said exercise is one of 3 main factors of weight loss. Firstly, are you eating right? Cut down on your portion sizes and eat a lot more protein (low fat dairy, fish, lean meat, eggs) and wholegrains, along with heaps of vegetables and fruit.

    Also, add some calisthenics into your workout routine to shape and tone your body - there is no point in losing fat when your muscles are not visible.

    Well it's not all about exercises, you have to watch what you eat too. Just make sure that your not over doing it either. It takes the body some time to get rid of weight.

    if it wasent you i was going to say your moms the hulk and maybe your diats not healthy go job that helps loose weght and plus your 57 thats gunna be hard
