I have a riddle that I don't know?

There is a disease that affects less than 1% of the world population. There is an examination that tells if a person is ill with this disease or not.

99% of those that the examination tells them that they have with the disease are really have the disease and 1% are not.

99% of those that the examination tells them that they don't have the disease are really don't have the disease and 1% are not.

The examination tells a person that he has the disease. Why there's more chance that the examination is wrong than right?

Update:

@Eloquis, I heard it perfectly right. I know the answer now. I will choose the right answer.

Hint - concentrate in 'that affects less than 1%'.

    You've read it wrong.

99% of people who are diagnosed with the disease have the disease. (1% inaccurate)

99% of people who are diagnosed as NOT having the disease do not have the disease. (1% inaccurate)

    EDIT:

Well, ok... I still can't see it. To be fair, the wording is fairly difficult to follow (It's very broken English.) I could try to reword it further (as I did above) but I'm afraid I would lose the trick that makes this riddle work.

EDIT 2: I'm going to try to fix it anyway.

There is a disease that affects less than 1% of the world population. There is an examination that tells if a person has this disease or not.

99% of people who the examination tells have the disease really do have the disease and 1% don't.

99% of those who the examination tells don't have the disease really don't have the disease and 1% don't.

The examination tells a person that he has the disease. Why there's more chance that the examination is wrong than right?

-- AH HA ! I see it now. I didn't try hard enough to break it down before because (as I said) I was afraid I would lose the verbal trick. I'm still not sure it works though....
