I love Horseradish but can't find the really hot kind any more! We use to get it at a special place where it was grown and processed. The last time we went the place was gone.

Love it!!!!
I use creamy horseradish sauce with tuna; when I was a meat-eater, I would eat it with prime rib (at Lowery's in LA); and it's the only reason why I would eat gefilte fish.
I have never used it medicinally. I'm going to look it up, though (for the birds).

Yes, I love it on roast beef or kielbasa, the hotter the better. Never used it explicitly for medicinal purposes, but it does do a good job of clearing out the sinuses, yessireebob.

I buy a white cheddar that has horseradish in it. Makes an excellent cheese sandwich.

I'm looking at a jar right now on the counter. I use it daily, on many things.
