I wish people who are so negative could stop waisting their time typing stupid stuff when people need serious answers. It does sound like y ou are a medium. I am too. To tell if you have a negative spirit in your home usually is with a feeling like you have and sometimes a bad smell that comes and goes. It might smell like sulfur or rotten eggs. You can burn sage to get rid of the negative spirit. Spirits are attracted to mediums because we have a light around us that attracts them. They feel like you can communicate with them and they feel comfortable too around a medium. Some good spirits have bad spirits around them because of how they died. I had a little girl spirit around me. This little girl was murdered and she would come visit me because I was someone who she felt comfortable around during her murder case that was on tv. She said the other people didn't notice she was around, the other people that was sad over the case. Well when she came to visit she had a negative spirit around her that would scare my puppy and have my older dog growling at it. If you have a good spirit with an bad spirit attached to it ask them to please not come in your room. They will respect that. A bad spirit will keep on trying to come in your room. I had that happen to me before. The spirits that visit me they can only visit me if I am sleep, in the car, and during the day if they don't make a lot of noise. It is more likely that you have schizophrenia than that you are medium since no one ever has been able to prove that they can genuinely communicate with dead people.

Probably though you are just a typical over imaginative teen, that has watched too many ghost hunting shows and believes all of that fake supernatural stuff to the point that you are inventing all stuff about bad spirits.

You want to be able to go back into your room by yourself again? Then just stop believing in unfounded rubbish.

Sounds like you are sensitive to the spiritual world, sometimes they do have a strong vibration, but it don't mean that they are bad. I had one that gave off the feeling of a strong heart beat that goes right through me every time it came around usually while I was sleeping, and one night it came behind me at the computer, and I said to it please don't come to close to me, I don't like your strong heart beat feeling going through me, I sense him backing off, and he never did come back. I wish I could of help him out by communication, to find out what he wanted. There was another, she I was able to see most of the times, she was very nice and we were able to talk at times face to face, her name is Erica...and her too I was scare of at first until we communicated and I found out she was there to help and guide me, she is my spirit guide. Most spirit are considerate and will listen, but be nice because they may be there for you, since some can feel what your going through.

You will know if and when you communicate with them, I could hear her speak to me at times out loud, see her, and touch her as she allow me to twice, she is always touching me in a good way, she holds my hand or rubs my back, and once we both communicated telepathy back and forth. As a medium we all have the abilities a bit different, I usually while asleep if they come near if I don't wake up to see them, my inner eye the third eye opens while I sleep, and I could see what their doing in the room, and their personal thoughts will pop in my head telepathically.

There was one bad demon spirit that came once, and the good spirit Erica did help me to get rid of it, and that night I did astral projected to fight him off, it was amazing to see and do all these things.

So the feeling of their presence is basically their own personal vibrational signature, you cannot judge them by their signatures, even if you don't like the way it feels, I know it feels creepy, but again it don't mean that they are bad. Another one feels like a strong vibration, and other a scare feeling, and the heart beat feeling one, and if I see them I cannot feel their vibration.

Sorry, but they are all fakes. There is no such ability. Spirits are not real, either. You're giving a good description of the general feelings of someone with schizophrenia.
