What is the difference in PS3 cooling fans?? 20gb/40gb/60gb/80gb/...?

I have an older PS3 (fat one) and I just got new (old fat) PS3 for another room. I've never used a cooler on the one I had before because it was in the open air, but the new one is in a spot that doesn't get much fresh cool air. I thought I might need a cooling fan right. Problem is I went to ebay and cannot tell which to buy. Some say 20gb/60gb only and some say 40gb/80gb only. I think they are for the slim and I am not sure if they are for the fat style. What is the difference? how do I know which one will work? Does anyone know much about this? Is it the direction of the air flow or something?

Update:

I just added a CPU fan to the area where the PS3 is so it gets cool fresh air and can vent using its own fan. I just was not sure why they had different types for different gb systems. Thought someone might know. PS I have a 60gb and 80gb which seem the same but must be different.

Do NOT use any kind of external fans on any PS3. The PS3 fans blow air out, not suck it in. External cooling fans blow air at the PS3s fans, which causes them to work harder, and will burn then up.

Keep space around the PS3, and make sure it is on a hard surface, and it will be fine (as find as fat PS3s can be, since they all will eventually fail, as they have a design flaw).
