Investing in commodities is an important part of being an investor. When the crap hits the fan, and the American dollar becomes next to worthless, hard asset and commodity investment are going to be immensely important. I would sell stocks that you have if they are primarily based on monetary business only, i.e. Insurance. And, truth is, as people cut back, they are more likely to buy food to feed their families rather than buy the latest iDevice. Thus, primary stock share increases, and common stock for expensive, optional items decreases in price.

Good grief, no! Might as well set fire to a pile of money. Stocks are a gamble. And it's only going to get worse. Read your Bible - the answers are all there.

Best investment is to buy gold. The time is soon coming, as we race toward judgment, when we will be in a cashless society.

Watch some Christian TV programs that go into depth about this. They have studied for years and have lots of details: 700 Club, Mannafest, End Times, Hal Lindsey, Grant Jeffrey. God knows exactly how the end will play out. He does not want us to be ignorant. Be forewarned and prepared.

He is preparing a perfect dwelling place in Heaven for us right now. I can hardly wait :)
