well i have a light skin tone and soft freckles , so far ive found that using maybelline fit me foundation is the best . its easy to apply just put four dots of foundation on each of you cheeks the two dots on your forehead then ,3 dots on your chin area the one dot on your nose , once youve dne that get your fingers and simply blend the oundation into your skin in an anti clock wise direction after youve done that just pat your face lightly the walah .......your done :D hope that helps . you can buy this foundation from chemist warehouse and woolworths

Max Factor Lasting Performance Foundation is Excellent foundation, brilliant coverage but not thick and gooey like some foundations. I previously used Estee Lauder double wear foundation and found this extremely hard to remove at the end of the day however this foundation is perfect alternative, allows the skin to breathe more and is a fraction of the cost! Thantathic!

It is a very, very bad idea to try to use foundation that is not your shade. As long as it's not dramatically different, I think it will be fine. You'll just have to blend down to your neck a little bit, if not, it will look like a hot mess. Been there. You can go to a department store, sephora or ulta and look for foundation. You can apply it with clean fingers, a brush or a sponge.

You will have to go to the store and look for one lighter than your skin tone - without seeing you i cant make a recommendation. If you use a liquid foundation use a brush to apply it!
