Why doesn't my Yahoo messenger load properly?
I recently downloaded the latest Yahoo Messenger and I can't seem to send or receive messages and my yahoo news wall isn't loading either I also recently installed Norton Anti-Virus 2011!

There could be a thousand reasons why this is happening and w/o you giving us a whole lot more info than this, I doubt if anyone will even TRY to figure it out.
The first thing I would do would be to uninstall the messenger and reboot your computer, making sure it removes any lingering files and downloads.
Then I'd get THIS messenger because it comes from Yahoo's site: http://messenger.yahoo.com/download/
install it and see what happens now.
