Do Yahoo censors actually read the Community guidelines or do they just use their biases when deleting?
Yahoo seems to have absolutely no ability to read their own guidelines, why is that?
The censors are the ones who answer the appeal and don't tell you what the problem with your question/answer was. There is a difference between saying to someone "You are stupid" and "Your statement is stupid". One is a personal insult and is against community guidelines, the other is referring specifically to an opinion on the statement itself and is NOT a violation of the community guidelines.

The appeals system is a joke.
Time ago I posted a question about a folk song...nothing bad in the lyrics...just a typical traditional folk song and simply because the name of the group is Los J....s, my question got deleted and I was warned about the community guidelines. CRAZY!!!

It's probably a little bit of both although if a question was deleted and does not violate the community guidelines and stays deleted then it's probably because the person did not send in an appeal.

Yahoo does not have "censors". This site is community moderated meaning users like you report questions or answers as abusive. Unfortunately, those questions that should be deleted often go unreported and those that are perfectly ok end up reported. If you see an abusive question then report it. If your question is reported for no reason then appeal.

Questions and Answers are AUTOMATICALLY deleted if two people report them.
You have to appeal for a ''human being'' to actually read them .. and decide.

It's community moderated. You can get reported for any reason, that's what appeals are for.
