You can't. Shipping wildlife over state lines without authorization from your DNR and TX' DNR is illegal and possibly a federal crime. Once you have that authorization, they will tell you how to ship.
I was a protector of an endangered small fish and you wouldn't believe how much regulation THAT required, although I was able to just take them on the airplane with me. Because raccoons have a high propensity for rabies, I can't see authorization without a special purpose.

No and it's illegal to take in wildlife. You need to find a wildlife rehabilitator to get it to.
