Tidal Renewable Energy Technology?

* Let's say you lived in Australia, you spent five years on Research & Development creating a Baseload Renewable Energy Technology, and your own country leaders didn't financially support you.

How would you contact Japanese Government Leaders to introduce your product over there, following Japans plans not to utilize Oil & Nuclear anymore. How can Japan be contacted from Australia directly?

    Ok you contact the Japanese Ambassador and inform them of your idea. They will be happy to hear from you and direct you to who you need to be dealing with.
