i have girl troubles. please help!?

okay, so two girls. amy and jessy. when i first met jessy, i wanted to date her. but she had a boyfriend. since she was still awesome, i wanted to be friends with her. since then, me and jessy have become really close friends. a little bit back, i met amy, who isnt allowed to date until next year. i told her i wanted to be best friends untill next year when we could date. i know it was a stupid thing to do, please dont remind me. just recently, i was talking to jessy, and she was telling me how her boyfriend has been talking to this other girl, and really treating jessy like crap. jessy then confided to me that she liked me from the start. i confided in her that i did as well. however, im in this commitment with amy. and dont get me wrong i really like amy too! What should i do? and please dont tell me to "go with the one that i really love/truly makes me happy" because i dont know! :'(
