No and the whistle and chain has not been a regulation uniform item since the late 60s.
The official tunic has also been modified and no longer includes a provision for a whistle. Since the introduction of stab vest, personal radio and utility belt a whistle seems somewhat unnecessary.
Apparently some officers still add them to their uniforms for court appearances although I have never seen it
