Look i like Kno....i loved the white album....but honestly...i think some of us lets that underground sh*t get to our heads....I'll take a producer that legitimately made his way through the mainstream making big time hits than Kno anyday....

EDIT: A lot of people have their rules...i just realized i have one as well....Some say in order to be considered a GOAT...you have to have a classic...in my opinion...while a classic is nice....How can you put him over someone that has been consistantly putting out high quality material over the course of many years in while generating millions of spins and sales? So while i like Kno a lot...i think there are a whole lot of other GREATS that have earned their way to the top that often times get shuned simply because of who they are affiliated with...as apposed to the quality of their music and how big it hit...

in my eyes thats f*cking madness....It wasn't the beat alone that made the song a classic anyway...it was a joint venture...so to give the producer all the credit in that regard is ridiculous. Fact is...if the lyrics were wack...there would of been no classic. and if the lyrics were subpar...why should the producer suffer? i mean the beat would still be dope right? i never understood that logic...But this would explain why a lot of people would put someone like Kno or Stoupe over the likes of Just Blaze,Trackmasters, Easy Mo Bee,Salaam Remi, Or J. R. Rotem....who have produced MAJOR hits over the course of many years...

I would be interested in hearing a top 10 list of producers from you though...
