Why did Recovery suck?

I just never felt it. never actually got into listening to it. I have obviously heard all the album but i never went back and listened to a single song twice, well except for you are never over, but i dont know why. i obv hated him yelling and having no flow but like remember the eminem show? how every song had sooo much emotion that you connected with, recovery was nonesense.

why didnt you guyz like it like whats your opinion on the album

the point of this question is to actually answer it with a legit answer like the lyrics were bad production sucked or something like that cuz i need to use ur answers explaining why i didnt like the album cuz i just have no feelings towards it.

Update:

@spiderman- yeah it took me like 2 months anfter i got te album to actually push myself into listening to it.... it was bad cuz im sucha like hardcore old em fan that i couldnt believe one day he would release an album that i wouldnt even wanna listen to completely. i mean i hated relapse but it was more fun listening to.

Update 2:

@spiderman- yeah it took me like 2 months anfter i got te album to actually push myself into listening to it.... it was bad cuz im sucha like hardcore old em fan that i couldnt believe one day he would release an album that i wouldnt even wanna listen to completely. i mean i hated relapse but it was more fun listening to.

Update 3:

yeah on fire was good too. i agree ive listened to it alot.

and lyrics i dont think lyrically it was THAT bad, not talking about substance here, talking about wordplay and stuff it was good i think, but because i didnt like the album i never went back looking at the lyrics and being like "oh clever" it sucked so much that i didnt even pay attention to details.

I listened to it a week ago and could barely get to 3/4's. It was just so bad.

thats way too a lot writing i actually think of restoration is a robust album. the folk who hate it the two by no ability enjoyed Eminem in the 1st place or are merely attempting to be particular by using hating him as of now. that's like the national activity of RHH to hate on Eminem lol

It didn't suck but it was close to @ss...lyrically Em was decent, he just has lost his mic presence...or changed it to suit more of a heart broken attitude. It still had a few good tracks. On Fire was a great track imo (f*ck the hate, I know a good track when I hear one).

The songs were all about him moaning and screaming about himself

The songs that weren't had no point to them

    He sold out

    Production was bad

Lyrically it wasn't good at all

    Because Eminem sucks now.

I honestly don't understand him, he can diss whoever he wants, but as soon as the person he dissed says something, he wants to kill them? Like wtfreak!?

It was boring , emotionless and not entertaining . It was lazy and not as creative or emotional

That album was the sh!t, I loved it and Eminem is still a great rapper.

Source(s): It was better than Relapse.
