I need some quotes on repairs?
My car broke down and I got it to the mechanics and he told me I needed a transmission mount, a transmission pan, and a oil pan. I was quoted about 1k for all the work and labor. Is this a fair deal? Or am I getting ripped? If so what is a good price range to put every thing at (labor / parts).

Labor rates will vary. Price parts will vary. Tax rates, fees, etc will vary.
Call other mechanics in your area, tell them what repairs are needed (not the price the other place quoted), and see what they say. It's called shopping around.
