No, but I've just had a little tinkle on my guitar and I can give you an idea of the basic chords.

The verse goes G min, G min, F# dim, F# dim, D, D, Gmin, Gmin. All through this there is an alternating bass from tonic down to a fifth in the bass. So for the G min chord the bass goes G-D; for the F# dim the bass goes F#-C (which gives that unsettling fairground feel) and for the D chord D-A.

The chorus is based around C min, G min and D7 but probably has lots of odd passing chords that I can't work out at the moment (really the arrangement is quite sparse - there are no chords being played as such - so you could probably fit various different chords under the melody)

For a better transcription find a guitarist who plays spanish flamenco or gypsy jazz. It'll probably be quite a familiar structure to them.

    Hope this helps.

    Cool song by the way!
