How do you sue a Dental Assoc. for bad work in small claims court in Georgia?
I had all my teeth pulled because of complications from cancer and had a full set of dentures made. The dentures don't fit well at all and they will not make them right. Who can i got to to get this problem and teeth fixed. I've seen the dentist several times and she will not work with me anymore to correct the problem nor will they give me my money back.

Get all of the bills together that explain the work done, go to small claims court and fill out the paper work and pay the fee to file to suit. The civil court sheriff will serve the dentist and you will have a court date assigned. Be sure to explain in detail why you're suing. Also there are 2 complaint offices to make complaints of this nature to in Georgia. You'll have to research those , I do not remember the titles to those offices.
