I have a problem that I am posting in family and relationships and women's health?
Early this evening my BF came round for some sex before going to work on a night duty,
now normally he is sweet natured and a considerate lover only this evening he called round as horny as hell and gave me a fast and furious quickie.
He became a man possessed and he had me bent double and pined me down with his body and held my legs open with his arms , my BF is very well endowed and has a girth as thick as my wrist and he kept hammering away and repeatedly hitting my cervix thankfully he only lasted no more than ten minutes and was apologetic afterwards now I am now in so much pain from this I don't know what to do.
I have taken some paracetamol and am using a hot water bottle to ease the pain, does anyone have any other suggestions on more effective pain relief?

Okay hold up. Did you want him to be that rough with you? What are you, his sex toy? He can just come over rip you apart for his sexual pleasure and then just leave you and go to work? The problem here is not how to ease the pain its how he's treating you!
It okay to do that stuff with both consents and when you've been spending a lot of time together but not to just turn up and hurt you like that. You need to have a talk with him about that. I would be pretty furious if that happened I'd demand some respect and want to know what caused his behaviour.
Anyway as for the pain, all I can suggest is paracetemol, water, heat and rest. But yeah please talk to him about that... its not right.
