Christine O'Donnell blasts Karl Rove for betraying Republican values for political gain?
O'Donnell reserves her harshest criticism in the book for other Republicans.
After O'Donnell won the GOP primary, she became the target of jokes and criticism for comments she had made in television appearances years earlier, including a confession on a 1999 late-night talk show that she had "dabbled" in witchcraft as a teenager.
O'Donnell blasts former Bush White House strategist Karl Rove for betraying Republican values for political gain, including opposing her candidacy in favor of Castle, a political moderate.
Rove was one of the leaders of the "liberal influences" that "severely tarnished Bush's legacy among true Constitutionalists," O'Donnell writes. "It was Karl Rove's style of Machiavellian, unprincipled realpolitik that destroyed the Republican brand."

Karl Rove's orientation has always been playing the politics "game." It doesn't matter whether the candidate actually supports the ideologies of the majority of Republicans, it's whether the Republicans win the game. From Rove's perspective winning is all that is important. From the Tea Party... and other every day Americans... perspective what is important is that the Conservative ideology wins the day.

Rove is a whole lot more polished than O'Donnell. I don't like either one,but Rove is in a completely different league than Christine O'Donnell. Not even close. She ran a horrible campaign and deserved the hiney kicking she got.

She's correct.
Karl Rove change the fundamental fabric of this country - he made dishonesty a family value. A change that we see today and complain about while wondering ' what happened ' . Well, Rove happened.
