Can someone please help me and tell me what is the best solution to Treat my SUPER super DRY HAIR?

Even my ends are horribly DRY. It is embarrassing. I need my hair to be super moist, shiny, and healthier looking back. Please be my savior and help me get my hair back alive, thanks.

it is probably the shampoo that is drying your hair out, work out a system like; only using shampoo 3-2 times a week and the rest of the week you use conditioner! i do this and my hair does not smell or anything, but if your hair feels a bit oily between shampoos then put baby powder in your roots, but that is recommended for blondes, for brunettes they can use cocoa powder, this will absorb the oil and make your hair, well less dry and not oily! this is what i do and thanks to it my hair is clean, good smelling, shiny and soft! hope this helps!

If you use heat, take a break off of it for at least one weak. Trim your split ends off. And Coconut Oil(can be sold in drugstores, online, or u an even simmer canned coconut milk to get oil,) works great. I use it once a week because I have really dry chlorine busted hair because I'm a swimmer. Put this once a week for 45 minutes or more, before you sleep works best, rinse it in the morning. It adds shine, and I also use it to control my crazy frizz.

olive oil. i know it sounds gross but really a little bit of olive oil after shampooing makes your hair super soft( it doesn't last very long though). for long term conditioning treatments every other shower will make a big difference. if your looking for a good shampoo and conditioner id recommend Paul Mitchell's moisture daily treatment( its a conditioner) its like magic! and bed head products. they have a whole line for dry damaged hair.

    if i were you i'd:

-cut down on the blowdrying and straghtining of the hair,

-use less shampoo, and more conditioner

    -wash your hair less

    hope it helps :)

'Hair One' Or 'Argan Oil' ! Or just grease yur scout (< idk how to spell) . Even if yur white , or have white hair or watever . yu can grease yur scourt it makes it more oily and even helps grow , i would say to use 'Castor oil' !
