1) You're daughter is (the one who's) bullying (some one)
2) By the way I don't have time for that!
3) I will take a measure
4) After the part-time job, the students of Nishidate are talking in front of the convenient store.
Pa-to means part-time job. (it's the way they pronounce PART)
.

It is called 'transliteration' and that would be changing the characters that Japanese is written in into western style letters. There are two type of writing in Japanese outside of a western style translliteration known as 'romaji.' One is the ideographic Chinese characters and the other is a syllablary, actually two, known as kana (hiragana and katakana.) Anyway, the kana is not hard to learn. The Chinese ideograms are. I use a dictionary called a kanwa (Chinese-Japanese) to find the readings in Japanese of characters that I don't know. Otherwise it is not as difficult as translating the romaji to English often is.

'paa-to' is "part-time job" but パート帰りに --> not sure whose way back home
- That's your daughter who's bullying.
- (I don't care) I'm just busy in something else!
- We (I) have our (my) own plan/idea for that, ok? (We're/I'm doing something about that, OK?)
- On my way back from part-time job, I (always) see Nishidate people chatting in front of the convenience store.
