Minecraft question....?

So latley I have joined minecraft, but I did't know my friend installed a cracked copy, if I buy it, will i loose all my stuff?

    It wont erase any of your stuff, if you are paranoid you can make a backup of your minecraft files

    C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\

    maybe if u have a account created then no but if ur just using a temp account u didnnt make on minecraft.net the u will lose it
