Is there a way of rebounding mail back to sender with a message......?

You have to use a separate program----mail accounts don't generally "Bounce" messages unless the address is entered wrong.

Check out "Mailwasher", it's free and will bounce emails.

It allows you to bounce emails back to the sender---saying "address not found"
