Im still in love with my ex... I feel like I cheated on her?

I just recently broke up with the love of my life. She was the most beautiful girl Id ever layed eyes on. We were engaged to be married and she is even pregnant with my child. but there was a complication. she still has feelings for her ex and she has Multiple personality disorder... 8 alters... We were okay but recently the alters started hating me and one of them actually pretended to be her and break up with me. Its not easy to just go back to her though. She cheated on me with her ex once and it was her alter I knew and fell in love with the first month and she was still with her other bf at the time. i gave her everything i could from my money to my virginity. i love her more than anything. but she was never really there for me... never even cared to ask what was up with me or how im doing... but i looked past that... now I am crying my eyes out. Why? because I had webcam sex with another girl I dont even know and I feel like I betrayed her. this is the first time in a long time ive actually thought about killing myself. i will hopefully see her today at church... idk if I should tell her or not... she went back to her ex the second she broke up with me... yet says she still loves me... idk what to do... i feel like i cheated on her and want to kill myself... ill lose her forever if she finds out about the other girl whose name i dont even remember... on top of that I met someone else who has been there for me through the break up and even though says she doesnt love me that way (but starting to) has seemed more loving than my ex ever has...only problem is she lives an hour away... and she cant get her liscence till september and me october... what should I do...?
