Dishes made from cucumbers? 10 points!?

Does anyone have any ideas on what to do with a garden full of cucumbers? We've been giving them away to neighbors, and putting them in salads. Is there any other types of food to make from them?

    Cold cucumber soup is yummy. Google for recipes. Some use buttermilk and some use yogurt.

    Cucumber salad is an all time favorite. There's a version with a sweet vinegar dressing and also one with sour cream and dill (a Russian style salad)

    I have a drink which is pretty healthy and so good(: Cucumber water. Just put some water in a pitcher and add cucumber slices, and your good to go! I tried it once, that was almost the only drink in my fridge for about 2 weeks. Haha
