What would be the best type of haircut?
Im really interested in cutting my hair short but the thing is I have curly thick hair that can get poofy if I leave it natural. I don't really have a specific face shape but if anything probably round. My hair right now is my mid chest when straighten. I would love to have an example of someone I could refer to. I know that I could probably never pull off a pixie cut but I love Emma Watsons hair right now. Would I be good to get a Keratin treatment?
Thanks for any answers I get

i think any kind of straightening procedure would be a waste of time if you want to cut your hair short as it would show within weeks since your roots would be curly and your hair would not weigh enough to pull down and lengthen your roots. my recommended hair cut would be something like audrey tatou who has curly hair and looks great with it cut short.
also i recently cut my hair to an "emma watson" pixie (LOVE her) and was surprised to find i can still straighten any unwanted wave or end curling out of my hair since it still manages to fit in a straightener (just watch your fingers).
products like light weight waxes or palmades are very helpful for frizz and "poof" so honestly just go for it with your natural hair and ask your hairdresser any questions you have about products that would be perfect for you.
okay last thing when you go get your hair cut bring pictures! the hairdresser will be able to point you towards what variation of the haircut will look good on you and your particular face shape/hair texture/ and styling capabilities.

Chop chop chop. Just cut your own hair. Start at the bottom and pin the rest up. Cut and inch or so off, however short you want your hair. Let down about an inch thick piece and cut that one a wee bit shorter. I usually go an inch and a half shorter then the one below it. Do this until you get to either the middle or top of your ears. It looks sick when it's straightened and if you have curly hair, it'll be less bulky and chunky. It'll bounce more and you'll have way more volume. Also, curly hair is EXTREMELY thick so your hair will feel soo much lighter on your head. :) Hope I helped.

that's not a bowl, bowl cuts have larger sides with a shorter long/short transition. that's merely longer interior the front with shorter sides, and probably shorter on the appropriate too. can no longer somewhat tell with that image although.
