If you have blonde hair, curl it and then tease it and just make it crazy (or you can use a wig). Draw a lightning bolt below your eye (yes, Lady Gaga did it first, but Ke$sha did it too...). Wear a crazy color of lipstick. If you aren't tan, you can buy like temporary spray on tan (my friend bought some when she was a Malibu Barbie). Wear something totally crazy and/or slutty, haha sorry. Wear unbelieveably high heels! Then, just pur glitter over your whole boddy :) have fun!

Well to start off you need to wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy..and the rest pretty much falls afterwards.

LOTS AND LOTS OF GLITTER!! And make your hair all crazy and put some crazy design on your eye with eyeliner and eyeshadow..you could even get $ tattoo's! Hahaha!
