i was sporting and after i sat down my blood left my head?

i did some sprints (100 meter+) in humid weather after spending the previous part of my day laying around

when i sat down i was unable to see for 5 seconds and i had almost no control over my limbs this, after trying to get up i kept losing the blood flow to my brain and having to sit down again to prevent me from losing sight and motor control

what caused this

should i be worried

can i do something about it

Tight neck muscles is the only way you will lose the blood flow to your head so freeing them back up will get the blood flow back to normal to get that to stop happening and here's how to free them up:

    Neck Release:

Place your hands behind your head touching your fingers. Press into the back of your neck with them and hold the pressure on them. After 45 seconds slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended. Release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds.

For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
