To get downtown from the Venetian just take the strip bus(Deuce). And it will let you off at Fremont street
It's $7 for a 24 hour all access pass. You pay in bills.
If you travel light(carry-on luggage) you can take the #109 Maryland Pkwy S bus from McCarran airport**. It will make the short trip out to the SSTT(South Strip Transfer Terminal) where you transfer to the Deuce, which will drop you in front of the Venetian.
**at "Ground Level Transportation 0" which is on your right as you approach the baggage claim area.

$2. You have to pay exact fare since the driver won't make change for you.
You can take advantage of the #301 or #302 routes, which runs from the Strip to the Fremont street. They're like the most popular routes in Las Vegas.
For detailed fare info, you can check the following site:

Hope helpful :)
