FireFox 6 Will not load sites.?

FireFox 6 Will not load sites, ill type in a URL and it will just give me a blank page. Ive set the proxy settings to auto, and then none, made a new profile, uninstalled and reinstalled and ran virus scans and it still wont load. worked fine last night.

Update:

EDIT- every other program works. Im using Chrome now.

    Is google chrome or Internet explorer working?

    if not, try unplugging your router or dsl modem box or cable modem box or both.

    let it rest for 10min

    plug it back in.
