How to intorduce a hen into a flock of 4 roosters and 4 hens?
I hatched a hen from an incubator and raised her separately away from all of the chickens. She is very nice and is not afraid of anyone since she was only around humans but the chickens only peck her. They wont accept her into the flock and im afraid they will kill her if i leave her there alone so i always have sit nearby and try to get them used to her. How can i introduce her into the flock so i can leave her out in the barn with the others.

First off why do you have 4 roosters? you only need one for up to 12 hen depending on type of chicken. Do you have a hen house where they all roost at night? If you do put her in there then when they are all sleeping and its dark. They wont pick on her as much but they will pick on her at first it will take a few days for them to get used to her. With all animals if there is more than one there is a pecking order.
