I have a 2008 Hyundai Accent . It is NOT blowing any AC / Heat or defrost.?

Update:

I have replaced a 4 prong relay switch (fuse?).

    Is the car not under warranty? I wouldn't be replacing anything, my dealer would do the work.

    In situations like this where no ventilation could be achieved inside the car, the heater fan resistor blown. I would take it to dealer to have it fixed. A 2008 model should be still under warranty.

    Either the switch on the dash is bad, the fan motor is bad, or there is some bad wiring.
