How do I fix "500 Internal Server Error"?

with the letters "nginx" or something like that written underneath that. I'm browsing with Google Chrome. I can access sites just fine, except Google. And when I try to search using the url line, I get the same page. Same thing if I search from Yahoo!s, or any other search engines home page. How do I fix this? Thank you!

Update:

So basically I have to be passive about this, nothing I can do to fix this? Or could the problem be from a virus?

It sounds like you have a virus that redirects your search results.

Follow this link to Panda Active scan and check your system.

The message comes from the website you are trying to visit. The website owner has to fix it.

Slam your finger down on 'f5' and hope for the best, if that doesn't work, wait a few minutes then try again.
