Is there any way for someone to recover child support payments that were garnished...?
Child support payments that were garnished for a child that isn't theirs? A paternity test proving that he isn't the father was done before the judgment was issued and his wages were garnished anyway. The girl recently admitted in a letter that she knew the whole time that he was not the father and the order was overturned, but is there any way to recover past payments?

Sorry, generally no. The was a ruling ordering this in Missouri, but it has been on appeal ever since. In Florida, you must be current in the support to file the challenge, and there are no refunds.
