US patents take at the minimum 3 years. Thats the way its always been. However, you can start selling your product from the point in which you file. If you have been selling the product for more than a year before you file then you will be denied.
I can do math, and I can write intelligibly. If your patent application looked like your question it will never be granted.

To give ANY answer to why a SPECIFIC patent is in limbo, we need DETAILS about the patent itself. I will note that once the patent application is filed, you can begin producing and selling the product without risk of losing rights.

Ask your patent attorney. And if you filed your own application, I would assume that if the English on it is anything like the English you used in this question, then I doubt anyone would even bother to read it.

Yes I agree with KMcG your grammar and spelling need work . To be taken seriously you have to put a proper case in good English . You should always use a capital I when referring to yourself , wait is spelt like that , months does not need an apostrophe in that context, April has a capital A .Passed is spelt like that in the way you used it . And so it goes on . Sorry .
