eBay: Listing cost + 12% Selling fee calculated on the TOTAL paid by buyer. That is, $ item sold for + $ Sh&h paid for.
PayPal: 3.9% + $0.30, also calculated on the TOTAL paid by Buyer.
If the sale is International or paid with a Credit Card, PayPal will take a little more.
Also, PayPal's fee varies on the type of Account you have with them: Personal, Business, Merchant, Premiere...?
