What foods are suitable for a person on Warfarin ?
I have a lovely friend, whom I wish to invite to dinner. My friend is on the medication Warfarin and so has to avoid anything which contains vitamin K, including cooking oils. I understand that he should avoid Green leafy vegetables and grapefruit, as it is a blood thinner.

You can give him normal diet, no problem. Just avoid those spinaches etc. containing vitamin K.
