If you believe like Romney that Corporations are people then wouldn't unions be people too?

Question

Come to think of it what would prevent any entity comprised of people from itself being a person?  Say like a middle eastern religion? Or an abortion clinic? Now I know conservatives are going to say I'm nit picking, but that's the problem with citizens united.  it's a slippery slope when a person says business is a person because it has people in it.

Romney's point was that you cannot demonize a corporation merely because is is a corporation.

Both corporations and unions are comprised of people. I could sit and recite stories of corruption all day long or I could tell you about the union I work with (I am a manager) that works to keep quality and wages high.

The fact is that a corporation or a union is not make it evil, it is the actions of the people in the organization.

Not to be confrontational and I have always totally agreed with "what's good for the goose is good for the gander", but I must point out that of the examples you provided, including the unions, only one produces anything.  The others all just consume.  Yet, it's the producers that are demonized.

I think that the ACLU is a large organization of lawyers, that CNN is a large organization of journalists, that the AFL-CIO is a large organization of laborers, and that a corporation like AMR (American Airlines) is a large organization of business people.
