Find out the reason why he doesn't like doing it. If its because you have an unpleasant odor, you should find out what the odor is, and fix it (it could be an STD).

If he just doesn't like doing it because he doesn't like doing it, then that's fine, and that's his choice. But you should not be giving him oral sex either then. If you are and he's not, then it's not fair to you.
