Has any household appliance/ piece of furniture ever tried to kill you?

My garage door has it out for me. Thank god my roommate hit the gas peddle instead of the break peddle while pulling into the garage ( door closed at the time mind you) and killed it before it got me. The bastard garage door man killer.

my shower hose tried to hit me in the face once, but i managed to defeat it

I almost dropped a hairdryer in the bathtub.

I hate when that happens.

But my stove almost set me on fire a couple of times.

i think my bed is trying to kill me....my mattress sucks
