Does any one know how to change the oil in the forks of a Honda Deauville NT650V?

Hi, I have just bought a Honda Deauville NT650V and I think that the oil level in the forks is not correct as it seems clunk when I am driving that is to say that they do not dampen as I thought they should, so does any one know how to replenish or change the oil with out taking all the forks out, I have a Haynes manual but it does not explain that part.

    If you insist on doing your own maintenance, buy a service manual for your motorcycle. 99% of what you need to do, can not be explained on a forum like Y/A
