I'm afraid to go back to school tomorrow?
Yesterday in school i had a really bad panic attack in the middle of class. I jumped out of my seat and asked the teacher if i can go to the restroom and he said NO. so i walked more towards the front of the class cause i was freaking out so sad and everyone was looking at me (it's a full class of like 30 people) and i said "...its an emergency" and while i was walking out of the class i could feel my eyes watering, when i got outside i started bawling. I went to the office and talked to a councelor he calmed me down. I told him how i suffer from an anxiety disorder and im on medication. He e-mailed all my teachers and told them they should let me out when i need to. & i left home early. Im afraid i made such a fool of myself. How can i get over it? Im so embarrassed!

I would probably feel the same way if that were to happen to me! I get embarrassed SO easily and I also have anxiety attacks sometimes. It really sucks. But what's best in my opinion is to just brush it off and act as if it never happened. If people ask you about it, you could say that you were having an off day and you don't feel like talking about it. I really hope things get better for you! And I'm sure they will :) best of luck! ♥

It's ok to be embarrassed just say you where having an emotional day and try to just not go into any more detail than that if you don't feel comfortable telling people about your disorder tell them you didn't get nearly any sleep and missed breakfast and weren't feeling so great that should do it besides that just act normal and you should be fine everyone has embarrassing stuff happen to them and this wasn't as bad as some stuff that has happened to me and my friends so just most of all don't worry about it it's part of life

Walk in with your head held high, and if you pretend like it didn't happen, everyone will forget about it. If they start teasing you, look them straight in the eye tell them "just shut up." And walk away. It will be bad for awhile, but afterwards it will be yesterdays news. I'm so sorry about your panic attack, that must have been awful! Good luck!

Dont be anxious for nothing but by prayer make your request to God and the peace of God which pass human understanding will keep your mind. Be bold, dont be afraid.

If anykids ask, just say it's your excuse to get out of class when you don't want to be there.

Just be you, take a deep breath and throw it in the past. I know how you feel, I've been there.
