Need help fixing the spacing in my emails.?

I have yahoo email. I copy & pasted my resume and there are HUGE gaps in the spacing. How can I fix the line spacing in my content of an email. PLS HELP!!!!!!!! Thanks!!

    Hey

    If the other formatting isn't that important, copy your resume to notepad first, then from notepad into your email. If you still miss your headlines, I'd just reformat them in the email. It's still better than removing all that bad spacing :)
